Softonic, the world’s largest software and app discovery destination, today announced that international executive Sophie Bernard has been named Vice President, Strategy for the company. Ms. Bernard joins the leadership team led by Scott Arpajian, Chief Executive Officer.
As VP Strategy for Softonic, Ms. Bernard will assume responsibility for directing the organization’s external strategies and strategic partnership plans towards company growth.

With over a decade of experience in revenue management and diversification in both the offline and online spaces, Ms. Bernard has led pricing and commercial plans for the retailer Carrefour France, and was also Chief Vacation Products, Revenue, BI Officer at online travel company ODIGEO. Most recently, she served as Head of EU AMS for Amazon.com in their Luxembourg office. Ms. Bernard holds a Masters in Civil Engineering, mention in Law and Economics from Ecole des Mines de Paris.
