Last week in Barcelona, we took an inspiring break from our usual routines for another fantastic get-together with our #OneTeam, as part of the ongoing Above&Beyond company transformation program. The theme of the day? Sparking Innovation and embracing Diversification.

We started with a thought-provoking idea attributed to Albert Einstein: "You can't get a different answer if you keep asking the same question." This simple yet powerful statement set the tone for an afternoon focused on exploring new ways of thinking.

To truly practice how to #ThinkBig and find new perspectives and approaches, we participated in the Binnakle - The Expedition. This proven gamification methodology, developed by Inteligencia Creativa, provided a dynamic framework for our creative innovation process.

The energy was high as we were split into four big groups, each with four smaller teams, all eager to be the first to reach the "promised land." At each step, fun and engaging challenges presented themselves, getting our creative minds flowing and leading to some seriously out-of-the-box ideas (and some friendly competition for points!).

Far beyond simply sharpening our creative problem-solving skills for business strategies, it was an opportunity for cross-team interaction, strengthening the bonds, and having a great time together.

To wrap up the day, a relaxed after-work gathering on the rooftop, made even more enjoyable by the beautiful spring weather Barcelona offered. It was a fitting end to a day dedicated to growth, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
