With more than 20 years of experience in technology, Scott Arpajian has been a leader at some of the most iconic and recognizable companies in the world. Since joining Softonic in 2015, Scott has taken one of Europe’s largest Internet sites in terms of traffic (ranked #1 in European global online audience with 100M visits per month) and led its transformation into a solutions-focused business.
An industry pioneer, in 1996 Scott founded the software distribution portal Download.com at CNET. Download.com later became the leading site for software, mobile applications and game downloads globally.
Prior to Softonic, Scott was Vice President of Business Development and International Strategy at Disney Interactive’s Social and Mobile Games division. He also served as Vice President of Product at the online gaming portal iWin.
Both an executive and an entrepreneur, Scott founded his own startup, Dizzywood, which was an innovator in the online virtual worlds space
Mike Weller is Chief Operating Officer for Softonic, in charge of operations and driving business efforts for the company.
Before Softonic, Mike was VP of Client Success & Business Development for AgilOne, a cloud-based predictive intelligence application for marketers, managing Global Client Success efforts including data science, account management and business development.
Also an entrepreneur, Mike co-founded and was CEO of Incentive Networks, an operator of over 190 merchant-funded online loyalty programs (later sold to Webloyalty).
Marta Rebull is Vice President of Human Resources for Softonic. Marta brings more than 20 years of global human resources experience to the role and joined Softonic from Privalia, a leading e-commerce company operating in both Latin America and European markets.
Prior to Privalia, Marta was Global Director of Human Resources for Groupalia.
Robert Forrest is Vice President and Head of Finance & Legal for Softonic. Bob joined Softonic in 2014 to oversee its strategic financial planning and growth.
Previously, Bob served as the Head of International Finance of Airbnb, where he helped the company expand its global footprint and manage its international organizational strategy. Bob worked at Salesforce.com in Finance & Strategy (FP&A) prior to Airbnb, helping plan business infrastructure during the company’s revenue growth from $500M to $3B.
Before being adopted into the technology industry, Bob spent his early career at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing roles in London, San Francisco and Prague.
Fiona Garvey is Vice Presiden and General Manager for Softonic.com, responsible for global sales as well as for leadership of the Softonic.com and mobile properties businesses. Before joining Softonic Fiona was Vice President of Operations for a publicly-traded media company.
With over a decade of experience in revenue management and diversification in both the offline and online spaces, Sophie Bernard has lead pricing and commercial plans for the supermarket chain Carrefour (EPA:CA) France, and was also Head of Pricing and later Chief Revenue Officer at online travel company ODIGEO (BME: EDR). Most recently, she served as Head of EU AMS for Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) in their Luxembourg office. Sophie holds a Masters in Civil Engineering, mention in Law and Economics.
Tomás Diago founded Softonic in 1997 as part of his final year project for university. In five years, grew the company from a humble file sharing website to become one the world's largest Internet companies.
Tomás has been awarded the “National Young Entrepreneur Award” by the Confederación Española de Asociaciones de Jóvenes Empresarios (CEAJE), the “Businessman of the Future Award” by the Catalan Association Foment de Treball Nacional, the “Emerging Entrepreneur Award” by the consulting firm Ernst & Young, and the “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” by the magazine Emprendedores.
Tomás is a Technical Engineer in Computer Management and an Information Systems Engineer conferred by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB-Sabadell) and the Universitat La Salle (Universitat Ramon Llull) respectively.

Joaquim is a qualified engineer (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), and he holds an MBA from ESADE Business School.
Jean is the Managing Director of Jolt Capital SAS. Prior to joining Jolt Capital, he served as Managing Partner at Sofinnova Partners. He was also the CEO and founder of SLP InfoWare, and VP of Telecom Solutions and Applications at Gemplus (now Gemalto).

Prior to joining Partners Group, he was Head of Operations at Appear Here (UK). Andreas holds a Master of Science from the Stockholm School of Economics.
With a distinguished career of more than 30 years, Ray currently serves as Director of important companies such as Oracle Corporation, Flextronics International, Spansion Inc., Dice Holdings, Inc., STMicroelectronics N.V., and Fusion-io, Inc. He also helped found and currently serves as Director of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation and is a Board member of the National Parks Conservation Association.
He worked as advisory Director of the global private equity firm General Atlantic LLC, and executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cadence Design Systems Inc., a supplier of electronic design automation software and services, where he also held various positions of responsibility such as President and CEO, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, among others. Prior to that, he held senior management roles at the Marriott Corporation, Red Lion Hotels and Inns, Agrico Overseas Investment Company and N-ReN International.
